I’m the Marketing Executive for the number 1 sports nutrition brand in the UK.

2. What made you get into Fitness?

I was always very sporty from a young age I played various sports representing my county, town and then even being chosen to represent my country in football.

3. If you were not working within the Fitness Industry, what would you have been doing?

Honestly I’m not sure. Maybe a teacher. It was something I thought about until I did work experience teaching football to school children. My mind was swiftly changed ☺

4. Can you give our readers your favourite top health/fitness tip?

Keep healthy food exciting. I think there is this preconception that to be in amazing shape you have to eat chicken and broccoli around the clock. Keep things exciting and you are more likely to stick to a plan.

5. Is there anything else you’d like to add?

bio synergy logoRead the label on supplements. Too many people over look this especially in sports nutrition. They just see someone ranting about it in social media normally because it’s been given to them for free or they have been paid to say it. It’s a pet hate of mine when people say protein is just protein. One UK brand I know of have a banned substance in their whey, while more recently another brand have been under investigation for claiming something that isn’t true. Knowledge is Power.
