I cannot stress enough how important it is to drink more water! Its great for your skin, it flushes out toxins, aids digestion and is vital for weight loss! We should be aiming to drink 2 litres (or 8 glasses) of water everyday!
I struggle to drink enough water too and they say that when you feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated so dont let it get to that stage! You can drink herbal tea, add fruit or sliced vegetables to your water if you don’t like it plain – do whatever you need to do to get it into your system! My favourite way is to fill a litre bottle of water and have it next to me while im working, that way its always there, reminding me that i need to drink!
Yes you’ll go to the toilet a bit more but thats your body getting rid of nasties too so its a good thing! Grab a bottle and get drinking and remember, if you’re exercising, you need to increase the amount of water you’re drinking (i aim for another litre)!
