Elite Body Squad Rucksack
I was given this rucksack in exchange for my unbiased review.
The bag arrived about a week ago, as a fitness instructor, I have several rucksacks and they are all in use right now!
I decided to put this bag to the test when I took my two children swimming. I usually have about three bags when we travel to the swimming baths, so I was taking a real risk using just one, and a rucksack at that!
The children were very excited about going swimming, so I put them to work, getting their swimming stuff ready!
Here is a list of the items I managed to fit in:
- 3 x swimming costumes
- Two towels
- Nappies, wet wipes
- Toiletry bag
- Swimming hat and goggles
- 2 pairs of shoes
- Two children’s raincoats
- Car Keys (i have a big bunch)
- iPhone 6 and I still had plenty of room left!
I was really shocked at how much I got into this bag, the straps were easily adjustable and very comfortable. the only thing I would’ve liked would have been a strap to clip across my chest but when I tightened the straps, they didn’t slip 🙂
In all honesty, I could’ve fitted a lot more in there but I didn’t want to overdo it (i probably would’ve saved myself some money by doing a packed lunch though as we ended up in the cafe across the road and it’s not that cheap)!

In conclusion, a worthwhile purchase for whatever the occasion – The rucksack is fairly robust and waterproof, which is always an advantage when you have children!
