Shout Out Sunday – My New Thing!

In addition to writing Blogs, i also have a weekly Vlog called Sunday Ramblings. It’s basically me chatting to the camera about my week and what fitness things i’ve been up to, mixed in with my family life!

Well, tonight i had an idea for a new concept and i was so excited, i went ahead and filmed, edited and uploaded it to Vimeo!

It’s called Shout Out Sunday and it’s basically me bigging up someone who i think deserves to be bigged up. A little more love sharing in the world isn’t going to hurt anyone and so my new concept was born!

I’m Mel C aka The Health Carpenter – I have over 25 years teaching experience in the Dance, Fitness and Martial Arts Industry. I run a successful Dance and Fitness business and I also coach/mentor several Dance & Fitness Instructors, both online and Face-to-Face. I am a normal person just like you – I’ve faced my own weight loss demons and have battled just like you with cravings and lack of enthusiasm. I have two children so I know what its like to have a completely different body shape and feel frustrated! But I’ve also lost that weight, twice and have helped many others to do the same!
