Coconut Protein Balls – my own recipe!
So easy to make and they taste yummy!
Handful of dried & pitted Dates
Tablespoon of Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
Tablespoon of chia seeds
2 x Handful/cup of shredded coconut (save some for rolling!)
Scoop of chocolate protein powder
Splash of Coconut Milk
Whizz in the food processor, leave to settle for 20 minutes (once desired consistency reached).
Roll into balls and then roll in shredded coconut. Stick them in the fridge for an hour, done!!
