As you know from reading this blog, i teach several different styles of dance and fitness. I have battered a fair few pairs of trainers over the last few years and i’ve also bought some that were completely unsuitable! As i teach several classes a week, i tried to find a pair of trainers that were suitable for all, fortunately i managed to find a pair but this may not always be the case for you. My trainers are Nike Lunarglide and i love them! I can wear them for Zumba, Bokwa, Aerobics, they are fab!

Make sure you get yourself the right footwear for whatever type of class it is that you attend – please, please, please avoid using those Trainers that Tone, they are not suitable for an exercise class and you may injure yourself!
