Top Tip – Sleep!
I am the worlds worst for not getting enough sleep! I find it difficult to wind down after class and end up staying awake far longer than I should.
That coupled with a 5 month old child who likes feeding in the middle of the night and a 3 year old who wakes up when the sun streams through the windows does not make for a good nights sleep!
Did you know sleep could actually aid a healthy lifestyle? Well it can! The body needs to recover after exercising/illness/anything that takes it toll and sleep is the best possible way for it to do that.
