Top Tip – Smoothies!
I’ve been in a rush the last two days and as a result, I haven’t had time to eat before class, naughty! So, I made up a quick smoothie and loved it so much, I had to share!
1 Activia Strawberry Yoghurt (can be any strawberry yoghurt, this is what I had in the fridge)
½ Pint Skimmed Milk (again, you can adapt and use any type of milk)
Chuck it all in the blender and switch it on! If you want it chilled, throw a few ice cubes in, job done!
