Top Tip – Use Vaseline!

I know this seems random but Vaseline can be used for so many things, chapped lips, smoothing eyebrows (I know!) but for me, it’s an absolute godsend for chaffing!

OMG, did she say chaffing?! Yes I did! I am currently teaching four classes over three nights a week and I am well on my way to my weight loss goal! On my mission I am finding that tops of my arms (which are not as toned as I would like yet) do rub against my top and this can be irritating! I’d heard Vaseline could help so I thought id give it a go and it’s awesome!!

So, give Vaseline a go, it definitely helps and its so versatile, lol!
